- $25 per player paid at the venue.
- Out of Region (Non resident Northumberland Region), are welcome to enter but do not progress to playoffs.

The 10/U, 12/U, 14/U & 16/U age groups will be playing throughout the series to qualify for the NSW Closed Junior Championships (State Final). Top 10 point scorers in each age group based on their 5 best results will be invited to Champion of Champions to play off for a position to go to NSW Jnr Champsl. This is the only pathway for players to qualify for the prestigious NSW Closed Junior Championships (State Final) – dates are 30 Nov to 3rd Dec & venue to be advised.
