It is with deep regret that we must inform you that the 2021 Opal Advice 90th Toowoomba Easter Gold Cup has been cancelled due to the current concerns regarding COVID.The committee has this morning discussed the issue at length and although disappointing for all, the decision provides us with a clear conscience that we will not be part of the spread of the Current COVID clusters. We make the decision with the players, our volunteers and the wider community in mind.

We have decided to make this call today to allow players time to cancel their travel plans and hopefully receive full refunds for accommodation etc. We will over the next few days, provide refunds to all players but will be retaining a $10 admin fee to help cover some of the costs we have already incurred.

We will be discussing with Tennis Queensland the opportunity to run the event later in the year, but this will depend on availability in the calendar.
