** To be eligible for a certain age group, no matter what age a player currently is, the cut-off date is the age a player is; as at the 31st December 2019.

Thankyou for choosing to enter this 2019 Central West Head JDS event. All entries are to be paid online prior to the closing date which is midnight Wednesday before each event. Players who don't make payment before deadline will not be guaranteed entry. Cost of entry fee is $27.50 and players can enter only (1) one age group.
Players should arrive at the venue at 8.15am ready for an 8.30am start.
Withdrawals made after midnight Thursday before the tournament will need to supply a medical certificate to the tournament organiser.
